Shipping Policy

* We only ship to PAYPAL confirmed address.  We do not ship to P.O. Mail Box and if want you can pick up locally yourself.
please call to schedule a pickup so we can have your order ready and someone will be ready to assist you.
* There will be 24-72 hours shipping arrangement period after payment is received. Excluding holiday.

- USA 7-14 days
- Canada 2-7 days
- International 14-21 days
Sometimes, due in between of holiday and weekend, shipment maybe delay.

Customer is responsible to pay for their custom brokerage fees and taxes, if there are any.  CARALL is not responsible for any additional charges, and we advise our customers to check with their local authorities before placing the order.

CARALL is obligated to collect various types of Canadian Sales Taxes depending on your Province. See detail rates below:

Return Policy
We will ONLY accept returns for defective merchandise. We do NOT accept returns that you don't like or you choose the wrong size.

If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return your purchased goods in the following cases:
* The return-shipping fee is at your own expense.
* All the returning items must be unused, with original packing and tags.
* You receive the wrong size, wrong color or wrong style etc...
* Please contact us first, if you want to return your items.
* You will get your refund when we get the return-shipped goods.
* Some products are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

When returning products, it is recommended for customers to use a trackable method of shipment as CARALL cannot be responsible for items lost while in transit.

When your items arrive at our return office, a staff will check the product and proceed with the refund (or store credit at your discretion). Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing after your item is delivered at the product return office.
